Represents companies, banks, multilateral organizations, export credit agencies and insurers, strategic and financial investors and investment funds (including hedge funds and private equity funds), both in Brazil and abroad. Acts on the structuring and implementation of a variety of complex transactions for raising funds, either through debt, equity, convertible or securitization instruments. Experienced in sectors such as transportation, energy, sanitation, ports, agribusiness, ESG, airports, highways, oil and gas, maritime, banking, mining, sugar and ethanol, and paper and cellulose.
