Practice area
Silva is specialist in due diligence in privatization projects, purchase, sale, and merger and acquisition of companies. He is currently engaging activities in the firm institutional representation before the trade unions, as well as before the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary Branches. Silva has previous experience in the areas of knowledge of food and beverage, energy, telecomm, mining, and infrastructure.
