Acts in the establishment of banking activities in Brazil, both through the incorporation of new companies or the acquisition of interests in companies already established in the market. His practice encompasses local and cross boarder financings, and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of debts transactions, mostly representing the creditors. In the regulatory scope, he also assists financial institutions in the structuring of new products and in reviewing contracts used in the development of their activities.
