Lucas Sant'Anna

Lucas has extensive experience in public tenders and administrative contracts, concession of public works and services and public-private partnerships (PPPs), Administrative Improbity Law, Fiscal Responsibility Law and related matters. Frequently acts in modeling concessions, PPPs, contractual execution and disputes of a public law nature, such as arbitrations in contracts and construction, concessions, claims based on the Administrative Improbity Law, those before Audit Courts, Internal Affairs and other control bodies.
