Practice area
Thein the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and multinational transactions. Provides advice on structuring, reviewing the terms and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, implementation of corporate restructurings. Besides supporting foreigners who intend to start activities in the country, has experience in advising startups in investment rounds, venture capital and private equity funds and clients in segments such as technology, e-commerce, retail, services, energy, logistics and hospitality. She is a member of the firm's Spain Group, specialized in advising Spanish clients.
