Rafael represents clients engaged in project finance transactions, debt restructurings, local and international financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (mainly in regulated sectors), complex contractual negotiations and regulatory matters regarding Brazilian ports, dry ports, railways and airports. He is able to assist both buyers and sellers (M&A) as well as the companies of the projects and their respective shareholders and lenders (project finance).He has previous experience in projects and transactions in the sectors of ports, oil & gas, energy, automotive, railways, commercial aviation and venues for sporting events.
