Advises on public offerings of securities (IPOs, follow-on offerings, and tender offers) and in M&A transactions, including corporate reorganizations involving public companies and private equity funds. Also advises on corporate law regulatory issues related to the regulations of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3.
Rafael acted in several of the most relevant equity capital markets transactions carried out in Brazil, representing financial institutions, private equity investment funds and listed issuers with businesses in different sectors. In 2021, Rafael acted as one of the leading counsels on more than 20 equity capital markets transactions (IPO and follow-on offerings).
