Ralff Barilli

Specialist in business law, acts as advisor to issuers, financial institutions and investors in matters related to the financial and capital markets, focusing on public and private offerings of shares and debt in Brazil and abroad, such as IPOs, follow-ons and OPAs, as well as securitization operations, such as CRI and CRA. Also advise publicly traded companies in regulatory and self-regulatory aspects, especially related to rules issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), by B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3) and by the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (Anbima). He also acts in M&A transactions, including corporate reorganizations, involving publicly traded companies and private equity and venture capital funds.

Has participated in some of the most important capital markets transactions in Brazil, representing financial institutions, private equity funds and listed issuers with businesses in different sectors. Between 2011 and 2021, acted in the structuring and coordination of more than 60 IPOs and follow-ons of companies in various sectors of the Brazilian economy.
