Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel to Atacadão within the public offering of 1,500,000 agribusiness receivables certificates in three series, of the 76ª issuance of Vert Companhia Securitizadora, backed by agribusiness credit rights of Atacadão arising from private issuance of debentures by Atacadão, in accordance with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM 60) , as amended, CVM 400, as amended, and other applicable regulations.
