Bruno Vinciprova Pileggi

Provides advice on environmental law, developing legal and institutional advisory activities in the litigation and advisory areas, in the civil and administrative spheres. Has served in prominent cases in the Brazilian scenario, advising companies and third sector entities on their relationship with environmental agencies and other government authorities. Has experience in environmental matters, acting in public civil actions and civil inquiries, participating in negotiations of consent orders and performing activities related to a wide variety of topics, such as environmental liability/risks, licensing, protected areas, and management of contaminated areas. He is the author of the book “Metamorphosis of Risk: a paradigmatic change of postmodernity” (Editora Dialectic, 2022).
