Diego Gonçalves Fernandes

Expert in public law, Fernandes has experience in consultancy area, modelling PPPs and concessions, as well as supporting the constitution of public consortium and majority action in litigation. His work encompasses advising clients in the pre-litigation phase, defending the client’s interest in negotiating procedures, and in the litigation phase, from the definition of strategies to carrying out orders and oral arguments in all courts. He has experience in different sectors, such as basic sanitation, civil construction and urbane infrastructure.
