Acts in litigation and labor advice, providing legal assistance to Brazilian and foreign companies in all areas of labor relations, especially in relation to labor risks and prevention of contingencies. His work involves implementation of personalized compensation programs, profit sharing plans and stock purchase options and other benefits, as well as implementation of internal corporate policies related to confidentiality, home office, protection of employee data, use of internet and mobile phones, corporate manual, among others. It also advises on the evaluation and preparation of individual labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements, collective bargaining, evaluation and review of management practices that can generate responsibilities for companies, labor compliance, human resources management, legal audits and processes of due diligence to identify management practices that may cause future responsibilities, health and safety issues at work, and inspection and infringement notices issued by labor administrative authorities.
