Fernanda Armelim Gonzaga Quiroga Mosquera

It operates in the fields of administrative and business law, mainly involving regulated sectors, such as transportation, basic sanitation, public lighting, energy and social and urban infrastructure. Part of her work consists in advising clients on legal modeling of PPPs and concessions, support in mapping the different models adopted in infrastructure projects, preparation and review of private contracts, administrative, corporate documents and memoranda. Also works advising clients in structuring, reviewing terms and implementing mergers and acquisitions in regulated sectors.
