Also advises on claims regulation procedures for insurers and policyholders, sanctioning administrative processes, structuring of counterguarantees and collateral, preparation and review of insurance products and reinsurance contracts, in addition to other regulatory matters. Has experience in claims regulation procedures involving infrastructure projects, issues related to insurance guarantee and consulting to insurtechs, including the constitution of companies participating in the regulatory sandbox.
