Works in the corporate area, with emphasis on structured finance operations, debt restructuring, insolvency, special situations and transactions involving parties with a high degree of indebtedness, as well as corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions  and joint venture, private equity and venture capital transactions . His work involves representing and advising on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of these operations for domestic and foreign clients. Has experience in several segments, such as electricity, pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, chemical industry, banking/financial services and startups.
