Juliana Caleiro

Caleiro is specialist in tax administrative and judicial disputes, and has extensive knowledge in Tax Law and Tax Procedural Law. Her practice mostly encompasses the coordination of activities in disputes, in the performance strategy definition, the presentation of defenses and appeals in tax administrative proceedings in all spheres, and in the filing of lawsuits questioning the demand of taxes. She constantly attends administrative and judicial courts to dispatch briefs and petitions, follow-up the proceedings’ judgment, and to perform oral arguments, also acting on the monitoring of repetitive demands in superior courts. Caleiro has previous experience in the areas of knowledge of retail, e-commerce, services, and banking.
