Moshe Sendacz, founding partner of the firm, engages activities in several areas of law since the incorporation of Machado Meyer, mainly in the area of M&A, providing legal assistance to large-sized national and international companies on complex and important transactions of merger and acquisition in a range of sectors, such as pharmaceutical industry, communications and telecommunication companies, food industry, retail, services, technology and others. He further engages activities in the Corporate and Capital Markets areas, with outstanding performance in the provision of legal assistance to publicly-held companies and in their representation before the Brazilian Securities Commission, and in the area of contracts and intellectual property, providing legal assistance to large-sized national and international franchises, with extensive experience in structuring and drafting high complexity contracts. Moshe Sendacz is highly regarded and a pioneer in the sector of telecommunications in Brazil.
