His practice encompasses the competition law field, submitting concentration acts to the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) and defending national and international companies in investigations for anticompetitive practices. Opice provides legal assistance in the evaluation of strategies for drafting concentration acts and in the terms’ negotiation for consent orders and leniency agreements before Cade. Also assesses antitrust risks in commercial practices and antitrust compliance programs. He has previous experience in the areas of knowledge of agribusiness, education, retail, pharmaceutical products, chemistry, vehicles, and hospital services.
