On May 2, 2017, it has been published Resolution 4,567, issued on April 27, 2017 by the National Monetary Council (“CMN”), which sets forth the obligation to report to the Central Bank of Brazil (“BACEN”) any information that may affect the reputation of members of the controlling group or administrators of financial institutions and other institutions authorized to operate by the BACEN.
