Mattos Filho has helped Corio Generation, a subsidiary of Australian financial services group Macquarie, ink a partnership with Brazilian counterpart Servtec Energia to build local offshore wind farms.
Servtec Energia turned to Machado Meyer Advogados for the deal, which was signed on 22 December for a confidential amount.
