Machado Meyer act as deal counsel on the structuring of a public offering, under the automatic registration and firm guarantee of placement procedures, of senior quotas of the 2nd series, pursuant to CVM 160 and placement of junior subordinated quotas of the 2nd issuance and of class B mezzanine quotas of Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Rovensa (a receivables investment fund).
The trasaction value was BRL 103.751.000,00.
