Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel on the 2nd issue of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, with real guarantee, with additional fiduciary guarantee , in single series, for public distribution, according to the CVM Resolution 160, of OIW Indústria Eletrônica, in the total amount of BRL 50 million.
